Complete internal refurbishment  following a long period without upkeep or maintenance and the sympathetic external restoration of all windows, stone quoins, brickwork and roofing slate. Whilst the building was not listed we restored the building to its original lust using traditional and sympathetic methods, windows were replaced where no longer repairable with new timber sliding sash windows and most were repaired to full working order. Internally the building was returned to open plan and new ceilings, floor finishes, lighting and decorations provided throughout. Additionally following a full test and validation of the existing air conditioning and ventilation system we replaced the entire system with new.  During the project the property was re-marketed and a new tenant was secured almost immediately following completion of the works. During the project the client also requested that we undertake a complete refurbishment of six flats that we happily undertook and delivered to a high standard. We have since had the end of rectification period and no defects were reported.
