Dilapidations and repairs to a circa 15000sqft warehouse to include the complete strip of existing asbestos cement sheet roof covering and re-roof with new TATA composite sheets and Unifold gutter system with 25year warranty. Internally we provided a new resin floor surface, removal of existing mezzanine and tenants chattels and the complete overhaul and refurbishment of internal office and ancillary space. Externally we replaced all windows with new aluminium DGU sliding sash windows with central spandrel panel. During the works we also encountered numerous asbestos products andarranged for the removal of these via our licensed removal contractors. Works were delivered to programme.
