The dilapidation and refurbishment of the 4th Floor office overlooking Harrods in the prestigious area of Knightsbridge, London. The office position demands premium rates and rental values and as such the finishes and quality of the refurbishment needed to be of impeccable standard. Works included removal and strip out of all existing glazed and stud partitioning, floor finishes, suspended ceiling, M&E and tenants installations in preparation for refurbishment. The metal ceiling tiles were no longer in production so we had to procure these to be specially made and bespoke to this project. Some impressive floor finishes added to the luxurious feel of the office and the walls were sprayed as opposed to brush or rolled to ensure the best finishes possible and blemish free.
