Saddleback are the UK’s number one distributor of performance Cycling products and required a new HQ in Bristol to meet there ever growing staffing and production demands. JProjects were responsible for the complete internal fit out of there warehouse to provide upper floor open plan office space, meeting rooms and rest facilities and lower ground showroom, dining, kitchen, toilet and shower arrangements as well as new production areas, bike cage and manufacturing rooms. The warehouse was fitted out with a new three tier mezzanine to accommodate the multitude of stock. We also catered for DDA requirements and provided a new platform lift between first and ground floor level. Part way through the project we were also asked to complete a basic fit out to the second warehouse including full lighting, toilet and office facilities which we delivered and undertook within the original programmed duration. Saddleback have only the desire to include the very best products, technology and finishes and this is reflected in the design, architecture and build quality. The look and appearance of the building being somewhere in between purposely industrial and luxury high end. Saddleback took occupation of the building on time and held their first showhouse only a week after, where partner brands and suppliers all commented on how fantastic the building looked. We are currently in negotiations with Saddleback to undertake further works to create a new office and training facility.
