Moor Beer Ltd.
St. Philips, Bristol

Moor beer had just acquired the building which was previously used as an Autobody car shop. The works included the complete environmental clean and removal of hazardous waste including asbestos material indicative of this industry to provide a clean shell ready for conversion to a new Brewery. We stripped the entire building back to steel portal frame and provided a new Kingspan profiled and insulated curtain wall and roofing system to meet part L. Additionally we provided new drainage, sump and connection points, new water, power containment and wiring, high level lighting, hygienic wall coverings, specialist resin floor coverings and the provision of a new cold store, ancillary office space and toilet facilities as well as specialist mezzanine and bespoke stainless steel Brewery equipment. This particular project had some significant time constraints due to client commitments with export and manufacturing companies and I am pleased to say that we successfully met all target deadlines.
